Her role ensures every member of the roster receives structured guidance, resources, and feedback to help them grow professionally while staying aligned with the CLS vision.

With a strong focus on teamwork and artist development, Adelia works closely with managers Lili G and Janine J to keep operations running smoothly and to create a supportive environment where creativity and consistency thrive.
